YOUR AURA

 

When you enter a foreroom

 

Your presence fills the air with perfume

 

an invisible blanket of warmth unfolds

 

surrounding me, penetrating my heart,

 

the charm of your gracious Being apart-

 

your true love reaches far into my heart,

 

the comfort you spread with your smile

 

tend the raise the hackles on my spine,

 

when face to face, a natural embrace

 

a soft kiss on your warm waiting lips

 

resulting in a tighter hug, another kiss

 

neither wanting to let go, as we whisper

 

sweet words of promises, words of love,

 

knowing your aura of sincere love divine

 

tears of happiness on your cheeks a sign

 

of your heartfelt emotions, alike to mine.
