Are you truthful
Are you honest
Do you rationalize
Do you marginalize
Do you twist,  suppress, withold
Tell little or big lies
Just how sincere are your replies.

Self motivation, self preservation
Self esteem, self ambition, self desires
Are these then some of your critical drivers
Do you then equate the truth as an expediency
Something that you weigh on your scale of practicability
Is then straight Honesty not your policy
Is then Dishonesty your modus operendi.

When it comes to your emotions and relations
Identical judgmental factors come into focus
How then will your relationship fare with answers untrue
Little white lies that accumulate and over time
Need bigger lies to cover, leading to an endless cycle
Starting to raise doubts of sincerity, of character dishonesty
Review your internal methodology - find truth, veracity to be the best policy.
