Have you ever thought

that part of your life

which brings on a big smile -

was romance in your eyes,

with moments held so tenderly

love and kisses given very ardently,

are your warm and tender feelings

now making their presence known,

ushering untold bliss for your bestow.
 

Perhaps your years are more tender

they may have not matured thus far

drawing a blank on your memory bar -

be patient then for as your years mature

your experiences will be happy and blue

times of sadness mixed with delight for you,

the vagaries of life their imprint will make

one that might even fill the bill for you,
