Free is our will for
the shortest of time
for in the great plan
of unknown things we
are simply born to die.

We strive, propagate
attempt to insure that
our mark is made for
generations, posterity,
 few succeed most do not.

While here though we attempt
to do the best we can do,
though many falter and fail,
for ourselves and  mankind
yet in the end it is of no avail.

Petty are man's differences
his savagery still stone age
the die for mankind is firmly
cast, centuries, light years away,
our greatest visionaries have yet
to see and describe to us that day.
