SAD WORLD

Feeling frustration, pain and sorrow

Does it appear as if there is no tomorrow

Unsure of troubles you may yet borrow

Many unkind, the fault may not be your own.

Hardships, insecurities, doubts, losses

Results of mismanagement, miscalculations

Negative human traits and characteristics

Power hungry, selfishness, greed and corruption.

Take heart for not all is lost forever

Humanity has a way of self correction

With great effort a massive rejection

New generations, changes without exception.

Life will alter for all

As we strive to correct our ‘fall’

In time humanity will learn without appall

To work in unison forestalling a complete downfall.
