REGENISIS

Achieving at first
the warm light of love
that but in a wink
of our earthly time
was forever darkened
I made my way
through the painful tunnel
of emotional emptiness
bereft of joy, of happiness
trying vainly to extricate myself
to find that solitary ray of light
that would act as a beacon to
lead me out of the darkened night
once more to bask in the warmth
of emotional broad sunlight.

The force of the magnet
drawing me there
mysterious fate
using cyberspace as messenger
causing us to meet
first quite casually
yet soon your uniqueness
came quickly to the fore,
your goodness, compassion, kindness,
warmth, caring, understanding
bursting, radiating forth
with power of strength
from your innermost recesses
eradicating all traces of
darkness from within me
allowing life to return,
love to bloom once more
my very dearest
it is you I fell in love with.
