RECESSES

 

The deepest fathom of the oceans

teeming with unknown life forms,

terrain with hot geysers, volcanoes

unexplored forest, jungle locations

discoveries of plant, insect worlds all

examples of Nature’s hidden recesses.

Humans too have their own recesses

in their bodies, their minds, their hearts,

storing life long vital critical experiences

suppressing those most life threatening

to their physical, emotional, spiritual parts,

burying these so deeply making subsequent

recovery, treatment an almost impossible task.

Dark deeds or wrongs in recesses belong,

for through their emotional awakening

irreparable harm may be permanently done,

resulting in suicides, behavioral abnormalities,

emotional distress, disabilities, sickness or death

beware then of placing yourself under such stress.
