Though
most of our thoughts
Address specific subjects
Revolving around the practicalities
of life
Including the pragmatism and necessities
thereto
Some among us have found the time
and means
To escape from those realities
For brief moments in their otherwise
busy life
Being thus carried aloft from the
mundane
Reflecting upon the luxury
Of their most fondest wishes, dreams
and hopes.
It is
my fervent desire that you too
Engage in the luxury of random
thoughts
Be it while on a stroll in an Alpine
meadow
Seated in a plane high above the
clouds
Perhaps on a Park Bench under a
shady tree
Or just before resting your weary
body from the day
Let your imagination roam as far,
as wide as possible
There are no limitations
Follow those random thoughts, do
not impede them
Nay, do not shackle them with earthly
cares
See where they will take you, follow
them through
If need be to the ends of the Universe
Soon you will feel as relaxed and
refreshed
As never before as you permit your
mind
To explore the inner world of random
thoughts.
