NUTRITION FOR THE SOUL

'Tis not a question of whether you have a Soul
But one of how you may adequately sustain it.

Think of how you personally view the world.
what you think about the society you live in,
how you feel about your personal relationships
with parents, spouse, siblings, relations, friends.

Surely there are positive and negative emotions
that arise as you think of each in their own niche
giving rise to a mixed array of shared memories,
which over the years, are now deeply ingrained.

Your Psyche formulated largely on hard experiences
has a hardened projected inner image of persons known,
for you have fully judged them one by one over the years
concluding their character, their characteristics one by one.

It would not only be fair, prudent but necessary to
review your previous conclusions some in error made,
expunge old concepts, purge your heart and brain-
now with new insight gained, look anew, recalculate.

Bury those old grudges, wipe away long dried tears,
change is all around us, nothing is as it previously was-
renew,regenerate your thought,feelings,emotions,attitudes
start your day and life anew with a rejuvenated soul.
