Many Loves had I
a wondrous experience over time

Each special, unique, beautiful
distinguished, exceptional, congenial

From different lands on several continents
their backgrounds, mores, cultures - fascinating

Adjustments, corrections always welcome
what was acceptable to one, was abhorrent to another

Then too, each love had her own Persona
moods, feelings, preferences - needed, a love antenna

Though some loves lasted over long years, eventually
 by finality terminated, others were of shorter duration

Yet each love has left a part of her
indelibly ingrained in my mind, my soul and heart
there to be a permanent part of me until  from earth I depart.
