At long last the last pedal
from the flower of life cast
leaving a feeling of emptiness
loneliness unbearable sadness
a part of herself had gone.

My heart wept with her heart
her pain her anguish apparent
tears from deep of her heart
I too wept with her from afar
courage, prayer no surrender.

My very dearest friend
your loved ones still around
three horses you are most fond
your spirit, vivaciousness abound
in time my Dear a new life found
happy to be one of many friends around.
