akin to the splendor of wild flowers

garnishing high alpine meadows,

each  different in their own ideals

reflecting concepts that mirror love.
 

Love, blithe, happy, joyful, exuberant

unbounded, unmeasured, undefined

pulls, tugs, twists, controls all emotions

culminating in a pinnacle called love

leaving us  in a euphoric state of mind.
 

Inexplicable how two people fall in love

their beliefs, standards, habits, ideals

subject to compromise with deviations

all overruled through the power of love

as are our own, unique, ideals of love.
