CHANGE

I look in the mirror
and I gasp at what I see;
so much changes over so little time,
so much I have learned in that time,
stuff I would never change
even if there was an eternity to think
upon what could be done differently.

I see that
i will never be the same
i can never go back
i do not want to be what
i was.

And as i look i see
so much clearer
so much sharper
and i see that change is for the best.
