Few are the times
that I can surmise
as I encountered
an odd sensation
feeling good in all
attributes, satisfied,
problems dissolved
none to overcome,
a peaceful stance
governing my mind-
rest and relaxation
my body, persona
in inward harmony,
so hard to describe
a wonder of nature,
or a blessing indeed
to reach such unusual
bliss as peace of mind.
