So blue the sky

so hot the sun

no rain in sight

fervent our love

sizzling in style

a memorable night.

Infrequent our meetings

time, space intervenes

by utilizing our minds

we close the gap vividly

recalling loving memories.

There may be another opportunity

unknown to us just now

when we might meet once again

time and place un-ascertained

yet one certainty remains

our love ever more ardent to contain.
