A PHILOSOPHICAL LOVE

I think, therefore I am*
I think I Love You, therefore I Do.

My love for you is unbounded

On all its sides it is surrounded

Captivating emotions abounding

Drawn like a magnet to your heart

No antidote exists for my love to stop.

Like ocean waves with strong wind

White capped, ceaselessly ebb and flow

Does my heart relentlessly pursue its goal

To be embraced in the chambers of your heart

Forever there lodged securely never more to part.

Return, my love, you siren of glorious beauty

Hearken to my call of idyllic love affably

Show your love through signs unmistakable

With loving eyes, smiling lips, touch and sighs

Thus we can feel and think our love has arrived.
