A HARMONIOUS MONTH

It came upon me
Quite suddenly,
Like a shift in wind
Pushing clouds away
Thus a beautiful day,
My mind now able to
Find a clear pathway.

It reveled in the thought
That my heart was fraught
Finding what it had sought
At last, someone so dear
Of like mind, so precious
Curvaceously bountiful,
Quick to laugh and smile
Positive, cheerful and near.

Perhaps most appropriate
For gentler, warmer thoughts
Grace our beings with kinder
Loving, softer forgiving feelings,
As we embrace the festive season
Thinking of our families, relatives,
Friends and loved ones, sincerely
With goodwill, cheers and wishes,
Bidding same to My Angel of Love
As I am sure she will do likewise,
With starry eyes and smiling kisses.
